Completions/Paint & Interior

With over 30 years of experience, StandardAero’s facility in Springfield, IL offers interior and exterior redesign services, including interior refurbishments and modifications. Our interior designers will work with you to define your vision, create a floor plan and select materials to be handcrafted to your custom design. From ultraviolet curing to protect the woodwork to three-axis machining of parts for strong joints and seamless fits, we make sure that the results are as functional and lasting as they are comfortable and elegant. Our three-bay, 62,000 square foot paint shops are climatically controlled to ensure a clean application and a glossy finish that can stand up to the most demanding environments. Business Aircraft Avionics

StandardAero has authorized service centers for every leading manufacturer of avionics, allowing you to choose from the widest array of products. From repairing a transponder to installing a Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 to wiring the latest cabin enhancements such as high-speed data and satellite TV and communications, we have the capabilities to do it all. Our authorizations include: FAA Designated Alteration Station (DAS); FAA Delegated Engineering Representatives (DER); Class 1, 2 & 3 radio and Class 2 & 3 instrument ratings.v

Mobile Services Team

Our strategically located Mobile Service Teams (MSTs) have been designed to provide customers with greater flexibility, while reducing costs and downtime. Whether it’s scheduled maintenance or an unscheduled event, we’ll deliver our services to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The teams are equipped to handle troubleshooting for both engine and airframe, minor discrepancy work (airframe and engine), routine maintenance, engine R&R, and engine maintenance.
