Prospect Transportation Inc. provides elite services in the transportation of fuel in the New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Eastern Pennsylvania areas. The current owner, Charles W. Eichholz enjoys long-term relationships with Motiva/Shell, ExxonMobil, Sprague Energy, Amerada Hess as well as other fuel suppliers and power stations in the region.

We Provide Logistical Services in transporting Gasoline, Jet Fuel, Ethanol, Diesel, BioDiesel, and Heating Oil, totaling about 300 to 350 loads per day. We have also begun dedicating tank trailers to meet the high demand for Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD).

Our Supply Chain System meets the demand of our Clients in providing Transportation Services of Refined Petroleum Products to customers, which include the likes of Convenience Stores, Fleets, Ferries, Bus Terminals, Marinas, and Airports.

The Main Terminal in Carlstadt is equipped with a full maintenance facility and dispatch service. We operate twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty five (365) days a year with a fleet of 100 company owned vehicles and 25 leased operators. Our exceptional service is enhanced by the combined fleet’s flexibility. We strive to maximize customer value by maintaining an excellent safety record, offering flexibility of services, while providing great service at a competitive price. Being a small carrier we are able to provide a service that our customers need on an emergency basis, and are now recognized as one of the elite transporters in the Tri-State area.

We provide many different services for our customers, including service station inventory control, order taking; dispatching and key-stop same day deliveries.
